For all in-stock items our goal is to ship your order within 48 hours. Please e-mail or call us to get your order expedited sooner.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
A return or refund will be issued for any items that are returned in their original packaging, with  postage and shipping costs pre- paid by customer.  No COD.  Items returned must be unused and undamaged and returned within 14 days of purchase. Pack carefully to avoid damage and include the return authorization provided to you by HPT. Please insure goods against loss or damage. A postage charge will be applied for any exchanges that need to be sent out at our discretion.

Order cancellations may be made prior to order shipping. Cancellations made after shipping will require the customer to return the product at their expense as explained in the return policy above.

What If My Item Is On Back Order? If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

What shipping methods are available? USPS is our standard shipping method and is how orders will be shipped to customers in the Continental US (not available in AK, HI, PR, and VI). By default, all orders of in-stock items will be processed within 24 hours and shipped via UPS Ground and should arrive to you 5-7 business days later. 

Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order and the shipping zone based on your shipping address. Most shipping costs are between $5 and $15. Please use the shipping calculator in your cart to get a more accurate estimate of your total shipping costs.
